Taking an online photography course

Here's some photos I took of my daughter today at a car dealership that has gone out of business. I'm still working on focus. I don't feel these are near as sharp as they could be.

Anna's 8th Birthday

This is my daughter's friend, Anna. She is turning 8 on Monday and had her birthday party on Friday. Pizza, Dairy Queen ice cream cake, and lots of fun playing!

Jump Rope

My daughter loves to jump rope. The school that she goes to has an after school program and she gets to learn double dutch on Wednesdays. I played around with Indie Actions on these.

I'm such a lame blogger! I wish I could post every day like most bloggers do!

And isn't this the cutest little puppy you've ever seen? I think the owner said she is five months old, her name is Harley. The woman holding Harley is the owner and she is also the owner of the place I take boxing lessons at. I'm taking the boxing lessons to lose weight and so far I'm down 15.8 lbs!!!

Wedding photos

My friend got married on June 16 and I took some photos at her wedding. Her colors were gorgeous, coral and hot pink! Look at those shoes above! The colors match her personality, she's very outgoing, sassy, fun to be around, and just a beautiful woman.

Digital layout-photo from dance rehearsal

This is a digital layout I did of my daughter after her dance rehearsal. She wanted her hair curly for the recital so we put tiny sponge rollers in and she slept in them overnight. I love this photo of her. I used elements from Mindy Terasawa's Love Birds kit. I love her digital kits.

78 and windsurfing

Today was my dad's 78th birthday. He went out on the lake windsurfing. These photos were taken last August, but this is what he looks like out on the lake. The middle photo is of my dad and my daughter. He's wanting to get Julia windsurfing, but I'm just not ready for her to do it yet! I'll have to go and get some photos of my dad this year the next time he goes windsurfing. I think it's quite amazing that he is still able to do this!
