Jules and Tyler Florence from the Food Network

Tyler Florence from the Food Network has been in town for the taping of the Great Food Truck Race. We went downtown on Friday evening and Jules got to have her photo taken with him. Can you tell she was excited? I told her, "just go up to him and ask if you can have your photo taken with him!"

Pretty yellow field

I think this one above may be my favorite from this evening.

Jules this evening out in the pretty yellow field by our house. They use this to make canola oil.
Of course in order for me to take photos I had to put curlers in Jules' hair for tomorrow's performance at school! There's always a catch when I want to take photos. I love the light from behind.....used Florabella's Spring Set II, this is called Meadow.

Baby owls

Two baby owls in the tree behind my dad's house. They are pretty amazing to see. It's also amazing how well they blend in with the tree.
