We are home from Vegas!

I asked Jeff, Eric and Julia to all jump in front of the sign, but Eric

stood still and Jules jumped way high! Way to go Jules!

The tour of the Neon Boneyard was really cool. There were two big lots packed full of old neon signs. It was a little rushed and I would have liked to of had a little more time to take better photographs, but these will have to do. Have tons more of photos to post when I get a little bit more time.

Off to Vegas!!!

Jules and I leave tomorrow for Las Vegas! It was the spur of the moment decision to go. We booked the tickets last Saturday. Julia hasn't seen her grandparents for quite a few years, so that will be nice.

While we're there we will be going on a tour of the Neon Boneyard. How cool is that! It's a 3 acre lot that has all the old neon signs that aren't used anymore. I'm hoping to get some stinkin' cool photos, and Michelle, if you're reading my blog, I won't forget to get photos of letters!!! And of course the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. The weather is supposed to be nice, so hopefully I'll get lots of shots.

Wish me luck getting out to Vegas by ourselves. We usually travel with Jeff and Eric, but this time they went out to Vegas early. I originally wasn't going to go, but then decided that it would be nice for Jules to go see her grandparents, and she already misses her dad and he only left yesterday!
